　　天津城市工人俱乐部建立
　　1926年3月，国民军撤出天津后，奉系军阀卷土重来，对天津革命运动施行疯狂报复，到处搜捕“赤化党”人。为了保存革命有生力量，中共天津地委决定，将已公开暴露的人员撤离天津。中共北方区委派粟泽、靳子涛(金城)、傅懋恭(彭真)等一批骨干到天津继续开展工作，并调整了中共天津地委领导机构。此后，天津工人运动重新兴起，党团组织和工会组织得到迅速恢复和发展。1926年底，在普爱里72号(现长春道293号)建立的天津城市工人俱乐部既是地下党的联络机关，又是天津总工会的重建。
