City council on Tuesday was expected to make some key decisions on the 2021 budget, potentially resolving such questions as whether the city should fund the YMCA, and whether it should hire a spokesperson.
The latest budget discussions, to be held virtually as of 6 p.m., are happening as council is expected to hold a final vote on a consolidated budget on March 9.
