911 Director hiring process brought forward by County Commissioners

Coldwater, MI, USA / WTVB | 1590 AM · 95.5 FM | The Voice of Branch County Feb 18, 2021 1:24 PM COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A three step process to hire a new Branch County 911 Director was brought forward to next Tuesday’s meeting by the Branch County Board of Commissioners during their work session on Thursday. The process is expected to start later this month. County Administrator Bud Norman is anticipating up to 50 applicants for the position. A search and screening committee will go over the initial applications and recommend between five and 12 candidates who will go before an interview panel. That panel will determine strengths and weaknesses of the candidates interviewed and they will make recommendations on between three and five candidates who will then go before the Board of Commissioners.
