Police say last september two officers had dropped off a woman at a hotel after responding to a domestic disturbance at her house. According to the Police Report officer graves left at 2 30 a. M. The woman rented a room and fell asleep and 15 minutes later, graves allegedly knocked on the door. Prosecutors say he grabbed the woman and raped her and then left the room about 10 minutes later.
