infrastructure bill upwards of $3.2 trillion. that one would be passed along party lines through the process of budget reconciliation. so now we ve got the text or we re waiting to get our hands on the text. but the text has been filed of this megabill which looks like something north of five reams of paper that now have to go through the regular process. they put a shell bill, place holder bill in until the next is done. now the text is done and we ll see what happens from here. it s not quite clear when the senate is going to adjourn. we mentioned senator mike lee of utah is speaking now. but they re trying to get some motion on this quickly because august recess is around the corner and democrats are trying to capitalize on some momentum for this and deal with progressives in the u.s. house. we re not entirely sure that the two bills will meet their policy needs. so the bill is in. we re trying to get our hands on it. we ll keep you updated through the evening and, of course, tomorr
