Clerk item number 1 is to reauthorize the Workforce Community Advisory Committee and the committee on city workforce alignment and extend their sunset date to june 30, 2019. Supervisor safai great. Item number 1 is a quick maintenance item for you of all of the advisory bodies that the board of supervisors creates. Essentially, any time the board creates or reauthorizes a body, there is language inserted into the authorizing legislation, which would require that body to meet at least once every four months. There is a board rule that then requires the clerk of the board to review at the end of the year all the advisory bodies to determine if they have met at least once every four months, and so weve done that
