A Glenside man convicted of charges he was driving under the influence of a combination of Valium and medical marijuana when he failed to stay on the roadway and struck and killed a woman who was walking her dog on a sidewalk in Lower Moreland will spend at least three years behind bars, the mandatory prison term allowable under law and sought by prosecutors.
