Traffic is looking good driving through. At 4 30 go back to the desk. We have new developments in the crash in San Francisco that killed a 16 year old boy on friday morning. We have more from the scene in San Franciscos Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood. Reporter police are saying the woman responsible for the crash has been arrested on vehicular manslaughter charges. No drugs or alcohol involved. This was about speed. If you look here you can see there is a memorial here for to honor the 16 year old who lost his life on the way to school on friday morning. Two Police Officers were witnesses to the crash before 7 00. They say the woman was driving between 70 and 80 miles an hour in her silver mercedes for three blocks when she rear end adminny van. A 16yearold was on his way to school with his family. He died at the scene. Three other people in a catering van were hurt.
