God, grant to the living grace, to the departed rest, to the church the king, the commonwealth and all people, peace and concorde. And to us and all his servants, life everlasting, and may god and the holy spirit be with you always. Amen. The First Official rendition of God Save The King being sung at st. Pauls cathedral upon the death of Queen Elizabeth ii. A service of prayer and reflection, ending shortly here in london. I am joined by my colleagues, Christiane Amanpour and max foster. Max, you broke the news on cnn that the official God Save The King would be sung at this service, and there it is. Not sung since the 1950s, and were going to keep hearing that for the next three generations because we have three generations of kings coming a lock. As christiane was saying, everything is changing in terms of language around the uk because her name was on everything, from passports to money, to the letter boxes that christiane was talking about earlier on. Thats a really defining momen

lay them out for us. that s right. two counts. one each for not appearing for his deposition and failing to a second count for failing to turn over documents that the january 6th committee demanded he turn over. but one of the interesting things that happened today, not only obviously was this was he indicted by the grand jury, but this was initially prosecutors initially asked for this to be sealed, because they felt that it was a risk of either flight or for him to tamper with other witnesses. we learned just a while ago that what happened today was he was actually arrested by the fbi, and most cases like this, the fbi allows people to self-surrender, to show up at the courthouse and surrender. in this case, peter navarro was arrested. he lives just a couple blocks away from fbi head quarters. when i talked to him earlier this week, he was really angry that when they served him his subpoena from the u.s. attorney last week, that they knocked on his door. he said they

investigation has found so far. cnn s senior justice correspondent, evan perez, is live from outside the district court. cnn congressional correspondent ryan nobles is on capitol hill. and cnn legal analyst elliot williams is also with us. evan, explain the indictment and what happens next for navarro. reporter: well, alison, we re expecting that peter navarro is going to appear before a judge in the coming minutes here at the courthouse in d.c. behind me. he s facing two counts. one for failing to turn over documents to the january 6th committee. and a second count for failing to appear before a deposition. now, navarro was referred by the committee, by congress for prosecution just a couple months ago, along with dan scavino, another trump adviser. this indictment is only against peter navarro because the justice department has been looking at this, and in the case of navarro they decided he simply has less protections for his status as an adviser to the former president.
