That is comparatively good news for the democrats. They are, apparently, better off now with harris as their candidate than they were before the switch from biden to harris. That said, in absolute terms, the polls, national polls, and the swing state polls, broadly speaking, don t really give either party a reason to celebrate right now. Vice president harris may be doing better than biden was against trump, but it doesn t mean that she is clearly winning against trump. It s basically a tie between the two candidates right now.
