A Pueblo bakery that offers the unbeatable combo of pinball and pastries with a side of coffee is keeping nostalgia alive on Union Avenue. Bite Me Cake Company, 223 S. Union Ave., is not your average bakery. It’s an arcade too. “We do have pinball as well as arcade games for people to come in and play. Pre-COVID we were running tournaments bi-weekly and those would actually fill up, so people would come to play the tournaments and have some snacks,” said Allysha Baca, part owner. As coronavirus cases decline in the community, the interest in the games is picking up again. ....
