Flint Police Chief Terence Green confirmed through a city spokeswoman Tuesday, Feb. 9, that the man is in the Genesee County Jail, awaiting arraignment. It was not immediately known what charges the man faces in connection to the threats, which Davis has said were made in phone calls and at least some of which were recorded. ....
