The weather felt more like Christmas in July than actual Christmas but cars nonetheless continuously pulled through the front of the Morey Elementary School Saturday morning to drop off toys and monetary donations for Mayor Sokhary Chau’s 4th Annual Sun Santa Fund Drive & Drop event.
LOWELL Mayor Sokhary Chau carried on the tradition of previous Mayors Ed Kennedy, Bill Samaras and John Leahy by helping to support and raise money for Community Teamwork’s Youth Services organization at the recent Evening to End Youth Homelessness.
Prince Horology had the honor of hosting Mayor Sokhary Chau of Lowell, Massachusetts, the first Cambodian-American mayor in the United States. During his visit, Mayor Chau had the opportunity to meet local Cambodian watchmakers and students, hearing firsthand about their transformational journeys over the last few years.
