According to a decision of the executive committee meeting, the 14th Municipal Council meeting of KMC was supposed to start from today. However, the meeting was postponed at the last moment.
The local unit has announced such bans several times in the past, all of which have failed. There is scepticism about whether the latest decision would be anything different.
