We know that we need to be doing more than 500 per day, Health Commissioner Dr. Letitia Dzirasa said. We are clearly not where we would like to be with these numbers, Scott said.Dzirasa suggested the Baltimore City Health Department on its own doesn t have the capacity to ramp up distribution as needed.
