Hockey League game with a 5-1 victory over the Cowichan Valley Capitals. Hockey League Island Division at Weyerhaeuser Arena in Port Alberni. Grizzlies forward Henri Schreifels, with his fourth goal of the season, opened scoring in the first period on the power play. Jackson Alexeev tied it for Cowichan Valley before the first period ended and Joey Moffat’s third of the season made it 2-1 for the Caps at 2:08 of the second period.
