Ramon Torres, 33, of 544D Shennecossett Road, Groton, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance.
Andy Ismael Guaba, 27, of 13 Glover St. was charged Thursday with criminal attempt of second-degree assault and third-degree assault.
Anthony Hale, 35, of Jewett City was charged Thursday with evading responsibility, failure to obey traffic signal and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
Annmarie Lemini, 56, of 31 Franklin St., Apt. 4, was charged Monday with violation of probation.
Julio Serrano, 51, of 19 Jay St. was charged March 7 with breach of peace.
