The Delhi High Court on Tuesday disposed off a Public Interest Litigation seeking action against former Jammu and Kashmir Chief minister Farooq Abdullah for his remarks on PoK.
A bench of Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice C Hari Shankar asked the petitioner to approach the appropriate ministry concerned, which will decide the issue on merits. ....
