Highway Patrol A tow truck operator pulling three trailers wrecked while driving on U.S. Route 30, Hanover Township, at 3:18 p.m. Wednesday. Andrew Hamilton, 31 of Ashland, was rounding a bend when two of the trailers went off the right side of the road, disconnected and overturned. This damaged a 400-foot section of Roy Stacey’s yard, and 170 gallons of diesel fuel also spilled into the yard, and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency was contacted. Hamilton was cited for failure to control. Lloyd W. Willis, 64, of Rogers, struck a deer while driving on Township Road 741 in Salem Township at 5:14 p.m. Friday. ....
