UW scientists, Yale-based collaborators redefined insulin release pathway
The newly renovated Biochemistry building, located across from the Wisconsin Institutes of Discovery, will open its doors to occupants over winter break. The $112 million project features new research facilities, student study spaces and a coffee shop. The facility will now house the biomolecular chemistry department and the biochemistry departments, which will allow for additional collaboration among UW researchers.
