Philly for my tour two days ago. They are identified address devon picket. And j. J. Parker. The two went with a grouch of friends to cha bar and grill. The place was cloeszing and they were leaving please say the men got into an argument over a woman outside of the bar punches were thrown and the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed them multiple times. Picket did not survive. The first victim a 29yearold male was stabbed multiple times in his torso left side he was pronounced dead at 2 45 a. M.
