Starting today you can shop inside a store and you can sit outside and eat at a restaurant. Dog parks can reopen and Outdoor Fitness classes are also now allowed, so are religious services with up to 100 people in attendance. This county is behind other counties in the bay area. But then trump decided he wanted to give a speech in person and so all the cadets were ordered to return to campus and stay in quarantine for two weeks. They were literally a captive audience.
