The era would be the 28th amendment and it would effectively say that you cannot prohibit it would would, in, put into the constitution prohibiting discrimination by sex, which is a major advancement in our constitution as Justice Scalia has said. Does that as it exists now prohibit discrimination so thats why we needed. The effect of it would be to put women in the constitution. Because as it was written in its inception it did not include women. Women were deliberately leftme out. Yesterday we had a future date in the w house of representativ.
