Police nab five notorious armed robbers, recover fire arms in Nasarawa  Two members of an armed robbery gang, who robbed Pastor Godwin Ojerinde of God’s Will Praying Ground, Siun in Obafemi Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State, have been apprehended by operatives of the Ogun police command. The two suspects, Oshilaru Bidoun, a male, and Tolulope Oluwafemi, a female, with three other members of their gang, broke into the pastor’s house around 3:15a.m. on February 9, armed with guns and other dangerous weapons. The hoodlums held the pastor and his family hostage, ransacked the house and dispossessed them of one Pathfinder SUV with registration number: WDE-38-MM, one Samsung A20 handset and one Infinix Hot note handset.

Student allegedly beats teacher, security guard in Osun

Daily Post Nigeria Published The Osun State Police Command, on Tuesday, dragged an 18-year-old secondary school student of Oduduwa College, Ile-Ife, before a Magistrate’s Court, for allegedly assaulting his teacher and the security guard of his school. The student, Salami Lateef, on Monday, March 1, allegedly stormed his school and beat up his teacher and a security personnel guarding his school. It was said that the accused student threw stones, pebbles and broken glasses of the windows of the school building during the assault. The Police Prosecutor, ASP Sunday Osanyintuyi, told the court that the defendant conspired with others now at large to commit the offence.
