How did the ‘Master’ team decide upon a Pongal release?
We initially thought that the delay would only be for a few weeks, but as time went on, the realisation dawned upon us that the pandemic isn’t ending anytime soon. I think the team really wanted a festival release. After Diwali came and went last year, we set sights on Pongal 2021.
