Colin paterson is there today. this is the day when music finally starts at glastonbury on the main stages, and good news forfans of arctic monkeys. the english band are headlining the pyramid stage tonight. they had to cancel their dublin show on tuesday as alex turner, the lead singer, had laryngitis. but last night, we saw a giant mirror ball with arctic monkeys written on it being delivered, so almost certain they will be performing tonight. a couple of bands, we don t know who they are. the churnups are listed at 6.15pm. there s a big strong rumour that is actually going to be foo fighters playing the main stage. and over at woodsies, another venue, there is a belief that rick astley, the english singer, could be teaming up with blossoms to play the greatest hits of the smiths, which is quite a thought! one band we know are definitely playing, we can show them now, these are the master musicians of joujouka. and i can speak to the man, frank rynne, who is their manager. how are ....
