For like people to just throw their garbage all over the floor and not clean it up or at least some of it it bothers me. There was a truck emblazoned with the billboard. The city towed it. Whoever receptacled the field and trashed it, shamed of yourselves. Like an ocean full of trash. What happened to the field . It was the aftermath of a sunday brazilian festival which this neighbor could hear three blocks away. Thats how loud it was. I thought it was coming from the house next door. How late . Garbage, wrappers, bottles everywhere. Reporter the smell of alcohol hung from the air. A former city councilman was on the committee to restore the stadium a decade ago. Lawrence doesnt have a lot. And what we have we try to make it good and better for the kids. Reporter the mayor is vowing to do what he can to make those responsible this. We give someone the privilege of using the field, a
