The lawsuit, filed in Fayette Circuit Court, challenges bathroom and pronoun requirements of Senate Bill 150, which passed the General Assembly last spring.

Advocate Mason Chernosky said after talking to school board chairman Tyler Murphy on Monday, “I have full faith that the Fayette County Board of Education is going to do the right thing and support trans kids.”
