Laura Loud Millard With great regret, we announce the passing of Laura Millard, who was the daughter of Carl and Elizabeth (Harmon) Loud. She was born on July 31, 1946 in Coldwater. She passed away Monday, April 12, 2021 in Quincy. Laura is survived by her sisters Lucy Ann Loud, Linda (Jim) Loud Mackey, Martha (Jorge) Loud Capestany, twin brothers, Charles and Stephen Loud, and her son Charles Gallop Jr.  As a graduate of St. Charles High School, St. Charles Church engaged Laura to play the organ for 2 morning services every school day for all of her high school years, the 6:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. Catholic Masses.
