　　今天这个讲座的主题是《元史》，侧重于普及性，主要是向在座各位介绍一下《元史》的基本面貌。
　　在“二十四史”里面，《元史》这部书的存在感是很低的，大家一般不怎么关注它，也不会把它作为一部名著或者有代表性的史学著作加以讨论。假如是一部小部头的书，或者内容生僻的书，存在感低一点也没什么，问题是《元史》部头不算小，又属于历代正史之一，存在感还比较低，这就是它自身的问题了。简而言之，跟当初编纂的草率有很大关系。
