hey. wait. i ve been hit now like ten times. yep. we were trying to make our way to kind of the no-man s land between the two groups. we never got that far. we were set upon by pro-mubarak supporters punching us in the head, attacking my producer maryanne fox, the my cameraman, as well trying to grab his camera, trying to break his camera. we turned around and started to walk, just calmly. the crowd kept throwing more punches, kicks, trying to grab us. there was pandemonium. there was really no control to it. suddenly a young man would come up and look at you and then just punch you in the face. anderson, these are pretty dramatic scenes. i watched them this morning. was fearful not just for your safety but for other western journalists. it s quite clear the pro-mubarak supporters are targeting you
