Ronald Lee Rupert, 80, of Dunnstown passed away Monday, Dec. 21, 2020 at UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport.
Born July 3, 1940 in Beech Creek Twp., he was a son of the late Joshua and Edna (Lyons) Rupert.
Ron was a 1959 graduate of Bald Eagle Nittany High School.
Ron served in the National Guard from 1956 until 1959.
On May 12, 1952, he married his love, the former Lois E. Shoemaker, with who he shared 58 years of marriage.
Ron was employed for many years at Champion Parts and then at Smith Furniture until his retirement.
He was a lifetime member of Dunnstown Fire Company as well as a member of the Clinton County Volunteer Firemen’s Association and Central District Volunteer Firemen’s Association. ....
