Mary Guo didn t start drinking coffee until she moved to Wellington. A judge made the ruling that 35-year-old Dustin Saluda was fit for the proceedings after he was medically evaluated. After a 2013 arson incident, Saluda was deemed insane and spent time at the State Hospital in Kaneohe and other mental health facilities. Saluda’s bail has been reinstated to $1 million. A new trial is set for the week of March 15. ....
