The face of leadership at the City of Plum Grove underwent a few changes Monday night, as they welcomed three new members and officially accepted the resignation of Mary Arrendell as Mayor and appointed her replacement to lead the community. They also held the first official meeting in their newly constructed city hall, a project that had been required after the original building was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey.
