Shssh staff at the hospital, who are members of the royal college of nursing, have voted for strike action. members of unison, who work here, have also been voting over whether to walk out. martina has worked at the hospital for 17 years. she s voted to strike. the government needs to realise, you know, that they have to pay some more money. everybody staff, everyone. to survive. we re doing a greatjob here. we re looking after poorly kids and their family. so it s not an easy ride. and that s why i m voting for strike. it s not clear yet how the hospital will be affected by any walkout, but the management is putting contingency plans in place. everyone who works at birmingham women s and children s always put the safety of the patient at the very heart of every decision, every thought. when they come to work in the morning, the patients being safe is what they really care about. we ll work really closely ....

People were not from the communities that need the po police, i don t know about anybody else but the community i represent, we want increased police visits. i don t want to defund the police. no. martina you were present the g.o.p. said, what is the solution question my i want to second what amon brown said. no matter what is happening even philadelphia which has been a safe community, we seen increased crime be at petty theft, while law is actually closing a couple of locations in the city and they ve just reduce the hours in my districtn summer ten. so the community cannot have access to those goods and items they typically get. along with that, the jobs that were created from those companies being here are now leaving. that further hurts our communities, and it also just ....

Feeling you get when you park your car, and your head is on a swivel, and even in daytime now, it can be a problem. because we see it all day long on television on social media at any given moment anybody can be a victim. it isn t about party. it isn t about race. it isn t about gender. anyone at any given moment can be a victim and we are living in fear. and this is not how life should be. lawrence: martina, we know the people that we know the people that are committing the crime. they want citizens to come forward. but when they arrested people, they let them right back on the street. is this sustainable? it s absolutely not sustainable. i mean, i hear from law enforcement officers who i m very grateful for their service and everything that they do for our community. they should all know we do have their back. but i hear from law enforcement and by the time we get the paperwork written up after they arrested somebody. the person is already back out on the street. totally unaccept ....
