Photo by Alan Olson – Marshall County Prosecutor Joe Canestraro, right, was sworn in to his role Wednesday morning by Circuit Judge Jeff Cramer. MOUNDSVILLE – Marshall County Prosecutor Joe Canestraro and Assessor Eric Buzzard were sworn in at brief ceremonies Wednesday morning at the county courthouse by Circuit Judge Jeff Cramer. Canestraro, a former assistant prosecutor, ran unopposed in the general election to replace retiring prosecutor Rhonda Wade. Buzzard defeated unelected incumbent Terry McDiffitt in the primary election earlier in the year.
