ESCONDIDO State corrections officers on Wednesday arrested a man in Escondido who last month walked away from an inmate firefighting camp in Riverside County, authorities said. Escondido police helped in the Wednesday night arrest of 26-year-old Marquiz Dunn, who had walked away March 29 from the Bautista Conservation Camp southeast of Hemet, according to officials with the state Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. After taking Dunn into custody around 9:50 p.m. Wednesday at an Escondido residence, authorities took him to Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in Otay Mesa, corrections officials said in a news release. Prosecutors in Los Angeles will determine whether to file criminal charges related to the escape. ....
