highway 80 is up and running agay. christina has been again. christy than has been in san francisco much of the day. she joins us now. christina. reporter: hi there, frank, 7th street also back open traffic moving smoothly. people coming off the highway exit ramp making their way down 7th. this is all thanks to the fact police gave the all clear around 2:30 p.m. because of that bomb scare. an officer tells me they found suspicious items inside of a car but would not tell me what kind of items those were. look at the video we shot earlier all this unfolding 11:00 a.m. this morning, police say they received a tip about a suspicious car, apparently there was a note left on that car and that is what lead to the investigation. they are calling it basically suspicious because they were not sure at the time what was inside but we do know that car was parked at the tow yard at an auto return that was the name of the business and here near the corner of 7th and bryant streets.
