For the past five years she worked for dog sledding businesses in Alaska. She lived on a glacier with 280 sled dogs. She also worked for four-time Iditarod winner Jeff King in his tourist business and assisted him in the 1,000-mile Iditarod race.
Maren Johnson has a bachelor s degree in Outdoor Recreation Management from Utah State University and a certificate in Veterinary Technology from Bridgerland Technical College.
