一个"龙芯"两家用：龙芯中科VS神州龙芯，谁拥有第一颗"中国芯"知识产权？


芯联芯官网显示，2011年以来，龙芯中科与MIPS公司签署过若干技术授权协议，所获授权仅限于MIPS架构的某一版本或其部分单元，且不可修改、增减、非授权使用。
芯联芯发言人陈爽武告诉《每日经济新闻》记者：“他们（龙芯中科）所有的产品都存在侵权、违约行为。违约是指龙芯中科没有权利去做二次开发，且其也没有得到授权，将IP转售其他公司。侵权产品包括龙芯1号、龙芯2号、龙芯3号等。”
陈爽武表示：“我们从2019年1月1日起开始交割，正式取得MIPS授权。龙芯中科从此开始向芯联芯缴纳权利金，一直缴纳到2020年一季度。但我们发现他的权利金报告与公司营收是严重不匹配的，当我们要求开始审计的时候，龙芯中科便开始停止缴纳。”
龙芯中科之前一直使用MIPS指令集，近年来逐渐开始转向自主指令集LoongArch。据招股书介绍， ....
