He will single out the potential of the employee engagement and wellbeing specialist’s Let’s Connect technology, its Sage platform and its Hapi app as well as hailing the introduction of new insurance sales roadshows. Winlow will also tell shareholders that he believes the lockdown has delivered an unexpected upside. In his final AGM address, he will say: “We believe our capability to sell insurance benefits via phone and video conferencing - methods originally developed in response to social distancing restrictions - is a great new addition to the business, which we will retain going forward.
