Footwear brand Blundstone has partnered with the Museum of Old and New Art to create a limited-edition boot marking the museum s 10th anniversary. 
The partnership between Blundstone and Mona started in 2017, when the brands first came together for that year’s Dark Mofo festival.
The new limited-edition boots, available for pre-order exclusively from Mona, feature the museum’s quintessential logo through the elastic gusset as well as embroidered on the heel.
The boots feature a black leather upper, underfoot cushioning and durable outsole.
Blundstone joint CEO Adam Blake welcomed the partnership.

Rehung and revamped Mona museum in Tasmania opens its doors after nine-month closure

One of Australia’s most important contemporary art museums re-opened on Boxing Day after closing its doors for nine months. The Museum of Old and New Art in Hobart (Mona), Tasmania, has been rehung during the pandemic, drawing on the collection of its founder, the gambler and mathematician David Walsh.
In a blog posted 17 March, when Mona closed, Walsh posted online: “I’ll keep everything together as long as I can, and that should be a long time. I’ll delay building projects and maintenance. I’ll stop taking holidays (not having a choice is a potent motive). I hope people care enough to visit when we reopen.” ....
