violation that the defense raised the red flag about and what we understand as far as the i.t. director, he was put on paid administrative leave and he received his termination letters the day the jury started deliberating. we understand they were hand delivered to him. all right, george howell, we will talk more about this, this captainvated all of us and now we can only wait to see what the verdict will be, what the jury will return. i want to bring in now our legal analyst to talk about this case, former prosecutor sunny hostin and criminal defense attorney mark nejane, thanks for joining me here. first of all, what do you make of the developments when it comes to ben kruidbos, does it make a difference? it doesn t make a difference as far as the verdict at this point. the jury s not going to stop deliberating. the judge is not going to announce a mistrial right now, but i think in terms of an appeal certainly it could have some sort of effect. we know the defense has complained
