Tyra Parker of Euclid appeared in Judge Mark Mihok’s courtroom Friday and pleaded not guilty to aggravated theft, tampering with evidence and obstructing official business in the Feb. 3 incident, according to Lorain Municipal Court records. Lorain police and U.S. Marshals arrested Parker Thursday after a lengthy investigation.
