In 2016, about 12 million hispanics voted. What is interesting is that that was less than half of the potential vote the latinos could have had. The turnout rate was only 40 . By comparison for whites for example, the turnout rate was almost like two thirds. Latinos have traditionally voted at rates that are lower with anothers. And i have to be talked down so i could call up the president. So i will call it the president s and the press.
