QUEEN ANNE HIGH pupils, staff and parents have walked a combined total of 3,127 miles to raise money for a charity that helped rescue the school s newest therapy dog. The school had wanted originally to walk from Instanbul to Dunfermline – the journey golden retriever Holly took – but smashed their target of 2,300 miles during November. The joint community effort has meant £560 has been raised for Happy Paws Puppy Rescue UK, with more still to come. Mark Fisken, part of the support staff, who homes the therapy dogs and brings them in to help pupils, said: It s been a combined effort from pupils, staff and parents. ....
