There were some students and Staff Members who did lose their homes including the university president. She lost her home in santa rosa. But the campus is fine. It was not touched by fire. It was saved. A lot to be grateful for there. They will start the day off with coffee and doughnuts in the student center. Everyone invited to that. Theyll also have a banner that people can sign to thank the firefighters for all that they did during this firefight. And then late this afternoon theyre inviting ....

This started monday night on bear canyon road. So far the bear fire has destroyed four structures, 150 more still threatened. That fire is only 5 contained. The nuns fire and napa and sonoma counties burned nearly 53,000 acres, 73 contained. Over to the tubbs fire, 432 acres burned, 87 contained for that one.
