Angelica police say the Department Standards Division News looking into what happened, but they are not going into detail over what went wrong that led to the shooting. Heres what we do know. Overnight, Danny Mcmillan was arrested for peeping. At 3 30 this morning at the jail, his handcuffs were taken that is when mcmillan reached to the back of his pants for a gun that was still there.
