Reporter we are outside of the Port Authority bus terminal in manhattan, about a block west of times square. This is where this terrorist incident took place this morning, about 7 20 a. M. According to the nypd Police Commissioner james oneill, the device exploded inside a tunnel connecting two of the major subway lines where passengers connect and the suspect can be seen on Surveillance Video walking eastbound in that tunnel and then the explosion.
