The Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022 allows people to sue to recover damages for harm suffered by exposure to water contaminated by toxic substances at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina between Aug. 1, 1953, and Dec. 31, 1987. Anyone who was exposed for at least 30 days is eligible.
